We require a $300.00 deposit to reserve one of our puppies. Deposits will hold your pick for you BUT you must have your puppy paid in full by the time it is ready to go home. Deposits are non-refundable under ALL circumstances with the exception of the following:
If a deposit is placed, and there are not enough puppies (or any) of the sex in which you place a deposit for, you will be given the option to either choose another puppy of the opposite sex of the same litter ( if one is available), transfer your deposit to an upcoming breeding, or have your deposit returned. NOTE: If buyer chooses to have deposit returned in the above mentioned circumstance, buyer will allow Kadig's American Bulldogs eight weeks after the pups are whelped to return deposit.
Puppies are chosen in the order that deposits are received by us. Which specific pup is available at any given time cannot be determined until all previous picks have been made. Example: if you will have third pick male, we will not know which males will be available for you until the 1st and 2nd picks have been chosen. Puppy picks MUST be made by 7 weeks of age.
Pups will not be shipped or picked up until paid in full. If being picked up, this should occur at 7 weeks of age. If being shipped, this should be done at 8 weeks of age. The only exception will be if weather does not permit shipping or you have made other arrangements with K.A.B. Purchaser is responsible for any and all charges incurred to ship or pick up a puppy. Fees that you will incur if you decide to ship a puppy include but may not be limited to, the cost of a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian, a crate that is suitable for the size of the pup and the shipping fees involved as determined by the airline.
K.A.B. can also personally deliver your pup. If you elect to have your pup shipped via personal delivery, it will travel aboard the plane in a puppy crate with a person rather than in the cargo area. There is an added fee for personal delivery. If you are interested please let us know and we will be happy to discuss this option with you.
NOTE: If you do not have your puppy paid in full by the time it is ready to go home, which should be between 7 and 8 weeks old, you will lose your deposit and any monies that you have invested/sent to us, UNLESS you make special arrangements with Kadig's American Bulldogs.
I fully understand and agree to all terms of the sale and the $300.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the pick puppy of my choice from this breeding.
