We are Kevin and Angel Garner and we are American Bulldog lovers! We will not be producing many litters but when we do we will purpose to produce bulldogs that are confirmationally correct without sacrificing working ability and temperament.
All of our foundation breeding dogs have been carefully selected and are some of the best representatives of AB's you will find anywhere. There are two basic types of AB's, classic/bully and standard. We prefer a blend of the two, called hybrid. We feel that through careful, selective breeding of both bulldog types, health and working ability and great temperament can be achieved and maintained.
First and foremost, we have our dogs because we love them!!! We raise all of our dogs in our home with us and they are each a member of the family. We do not breed dogs to profit from their offspring and then discard them when they no longer "serve our purpose". We are not affiliated with any kennel and we are not trainers. We are dog lovers who enjoy being with their dogs and competing with other dog lovers when we can.
This is NOT a puppy mill where animals eat, sleep, reproduce... and that is the extent of their existence! Our puppies are born in our home and are hand raised with love. We take special care to ensure all puppies are handled several times a day from birth. This imprinting process is very important in establishing a healthy, stable temperament.
Please do not be mislead by someone just trying to sale you a puppy. Many of these so called "top" breeders move their dogs from an indoor kennel to an outdoor kennel and that is the extent of the dog's existence! This does not prove a dog's temperament and in fact can ruin a potentially great dog!
Also, please do your research on NCL. Unfortunately, when we first got into the AB breed we were not told about this disease. We were very lucky that our dogs were not afflicted!! This disease is not curable and the dog suffers greatly and untimately the end result is death! Some breeders will tell you that NCL is not a big deal. We feel that it is a VERY BIG DEAL for the dog that suffers from this disease and will not give a referral to ANY breeder that does not disclose NCL information or that takes the position that NCL is "not a big deal".
