KADIG'S AMERICAN BULLDOGS HEALTH GUARANTEE:

All of our puppies come with a guarantee to be free of serious infectious diseases as stated below. All of our puppies are additionally guaranteed to be free of life threatening congenital defects and hip dysplasia as stated below.

Serioius Infectious Diseases Guarantee:

Buyer must have a general health check performed on pup by a licensed veterinarian with 72 hours of receiving puppy in order for this guarantee to be valid. A copy of the health check must be provided to Kadig's American Bulldogs within one week of the vet exam. Once the pup is issued a clean bill of health this guarantee is completed. If a copy of the health check is not received by Kadig's American Bulldogs this guarantee shall be considered void.

Congenital Defects Guarantee:

Pups are guaranteed to be free of life threatening congenital defects. A licensed veterinarian must report any diagnosis and treatment options in writing to Kadig's American Bulldogs immediately upon detection. At the time of diagnosis if the pup is not already micro-chipped or tattooed, it will need to be done in order for this guarantee to be valid.

Hip Dysplasia Guarantee:

Pups are guaranteed to be free of Canine Hip Dysplasia. A licensed veterinarian must report any diagnosis and treatment options in writing to Kadig's American Bulldogs immediately upon detection. Also, buyer must at time of diagnosis provide a PennHIP report with a DI rating higher than the median score and with degenerative joint disease (DJD) including a corresponding micro-chip number. The dog must be PennHIP certified at two years of age in order for this guarantee to be valid.

All guarantees are void if the dog has been bred, is injured, malnourished, overweight, has been started on any type of training prematurely, or kept in an improper environment. We will replace a defective dog after we receive written proof... x-rays, etc., from your vet, and a second opinion from our vet. We also require that you provide proof of spaying or neutering the dog in question. The replacement dog will be of our choice, and of comparable value.

The purchaser agrees also that if they can no longer keep the dog, it will be returned to KADIG'S American Bulldogs at purchaser's expense, not an animal shelter or dog pound. Purchaser will receive no compensation from us, as we will be incurring expenses for the rescued animal.

The information and help we provide as breeders of American Bulldogs does not end with the sale of a dog to you. We encourage you to keep in touch with us. We appreciate progress reports and we LOVE getting pictures! If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to give us a call.

I have read and understand the information provided in this Health Guarantee and agree to the above terms and responsibilities. I will be a responsible owner of the AB breed and will not hold Kadig's American Bulldogs and/or Kevin and Angel Garner responsible for any of my dog's actions.
